Carson Goslee

My name is Carson Goslee, and I am the Audio Engineer for the Wilmington campus. I have been on staff since I was 15…. If you don’t already know, this church is an incredible place to call home! If you are new, I welcome you and am so glad you are here! I can promise you two things about volunteering: one, you will will meet and become friends with some of the best people on the planet; and two, your life will never be the same. Thank you for checking out the website and I hope you will find this helpful! Please never hesitate to reach out to me or any of our team, we would love to connect with you!  Let’s make audio great again!

JJ Clark

My name is JJ and I am the Overflow Programming Coordinator for Overflow, the college ministry here at PC3. The mission of Overflow pairs with the mission of the church. Our goal is to reach college students and help them walk with God.….Oh, on a personal note, I am very, very tall….like, I get asked everyday how tall I am. I have a few answers to some of the most common questions.  I’m 6’9”.  I did play basketball.  No, I’m not the first one to know when it rains.  Yes, it’s hard to find pants that fit, but I still manage to wear them.  The weather is the same up here.  Yes, I can see your bald spot.

Matthew Berry

Hey - I'm Matthew Berry. I'm the Production Coordinator for the Student Ministries here at the Wilmington Campus!  I get to lead a team of middle and high school students who are responsible for running our Tsunami and Ripple Effect programs. My job lets me do a little bit of everything - media, lighting, video, audio, etc, and I think it’s pretty sweet!  I came to PC3 in 2014 from  a church in Raleigh where I have a background in Student Ministries. I’ve been married to my wife, Tayler, since the fall of 2017.

Brandon Shaw

Brandon grew up … No, forget this third-person nonsense…. I grew up about an hour and a half from here, on the outskirts of Clarkton, NC, a 2-stoplight town that rose and fell with the tobacco trade.  I was raised in the woods and the dirt, learning how to do a little bit of a lotta things.  Here at PC3, I’ve been the Lighting Coordinator for the Production Staff for our main auditorium since 2012.  I’m also the part-time handyman, a decent carpenter, an electrician in a past life, and the resident redneck.
I graduated from UNCW in 2004 with a BA in English Literature and a minor in Creative Writing, so I’m pretty sure I’m not qualified to do what I get paid to do.  I’ve been married to my beautiful, kind-hearted, patient wife, Kara, since April of 2005.  In April of 2014, God let us be parents to a blue-eyed, curly-haired little girl who wrecks our living room and pays rent in hugs and kisses.  I enjoy grocery shopping in the woods (EVERYTHING is organic, cage-free, and free-range!), wasting time on a couch with videogames, taking short walks on the beach, and long naps in the hammock.  I prefer Pepsi over Coke, PS4 over XBox One, and Carolina over Duke.

Nick Warkentien

My name is Nick and I am the Video Engineer at the Wilmington Campus. I lead a team of volunteers who are responsible for everything you see on screen, online, and broadcast to other campuses in a live environment. Our goal is to enhance the experience of our guests by helping them engage with our band and communicators. I’ve had the privilege of being a part of our staff since 2008. I’m a proud father to 4 kids - Eli, Ada, Isaiah, and Livie - and husband to Amy. I enjoy extracurricular activities such as hiking, kayaking, biking, and disc golf. I drive to the top of Michigan at least once a year because I think it’s fun to catch cold.  I’m the only person on the Production Staff with a beard. I get fired every two weeks by Earl.

MJ West

My name is MJ West and I’m the Worship Service Programming Admin. I get to help with the programming of our Sunday services and lead the producers on Sundays. I started attending PC3 in the summer of 2007 and joined the staff in August of 2012.
